Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery estimate

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues or peak holiday volume.

Shipping area and charge

Standard Shipping is available to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC for USD $35 per order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking is emailed after shipment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
