Check out my other auctions for more Dept. 56 and other great items. Shipping cost varies by your zip code location. ****PLEASE**** check the shipping calculator as this is a large piece that needs to be shipped in an oversize box . An oversize box can get expensive depending where it will be going especially Texas, California etc.. I only charge what the shipping agent charges no extras. If the shipping charge seems crazy , send me a message because sometime the shipping calculator isn't correct and I will help to find the correct price for you. If the shipping is less that quoted, I will refund the over payment. Thanks have a great day!\u003cbr\u003ePa. residents are charged Pa. 6% sales tax.
