This auction is for a 2012 Dept. 56 Dickens Village Series #14025257 "Devon Brook Span Cottage. " The Cottage is in very good displayed condition. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks. The cottage measure 5 1/2 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. The light cord is included.
The detail is great. It would be a great addition to your Dickens Village display. Please check out the pictures! It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
