Dept. 56 2012 Snow Village Grand Pa's Garage #4025318 HTF Please Read

This auction is for a 2012 Snow Village Collection #4025318 " Grand Pa's Garage ". The Grand Pa's Garage measures approx. 5 inches high x 8 inches long x 6 inches wide. It has been displayed, and was well cared for. I DID FIND ON THE BACK EDGE OF THE PEAK OF THE ROOF THERE IS A ROUGH SPOT THAT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN PAINTED OVER. The red bow on the wreath on the door is smaller than the one on the top garland. They are hard to notice and it does still display well , but I wanted to let you know. It has a battery box that requires 2 C Batteries and it is also compatible with a Dept. 56 AC/DC adapter, neither are included. The detail is great. It is a hard to find piece, it would look great in your village display. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home.
