This auction is for a 2004 New England Village Series Pieces. "Chas. Hoyt Blacksmith ." It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands 7 inches high x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord is included. The detail is great and it will be a great addition to your New England Village display.
It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve have some wear on the edges from age and storage.
